 I stepped out of my comfort zone when I had to ask a stranger for help while traveling alone. I was lost in a new city, and my phone had no signal. Normally, I avoid talking to strangers, but I had no choice. I approached someone at a café and explained my situation. They were kind and gave me clear directions.  I dreamed I was standing on a beach at sunset. The sand was warm under my feet, and the waves gently touched my toes.
